How should I wash my NūSLEEP™ bedding?

Every fabric and fiber is different. Please read the specific care instructions for the product you purchase. As a general rule of thumb, you should wash on warm, gentle cycle then dry on low heat. Remove immediately and do not bleach.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Currently we do not offer international shipping, but if you are in Canada please reach out. We may be able to ship to you. Please check back periodically for updates.

What is the thread count of NūSLEEP™ sheets?

Because of our unique construction and expert weaving, the concept of thread count does not apply like it does with traditional sheets. Our current sheets are 400 thread count, but you’ll notice that they feel more luxurious than most sheet sets with a higher thread count.

Can I purchase individual units such as a single fitted or flat sheet?

We don’t currently offer individual units for sale, outside of pillowcases.

Where can I go out and buy NūSLEEP™?

Currently, our product line is only available on our own website. If you’d like to feel before you buy, take advantage of our free swatch program.

Where is the technology actually located in a product?

It is different for each product. For sheets, our technologies are woven into the fiber. For comforters and blankets, they are part of the cover fabric and/or fiber fill. For pillows and mattress pads, they are part of the cover fabric and fiber fill (37.5) or incorporated as a liner (Outlast).

How long should NūSLEEP™ products last if properly taken care of?

Our products are constructed of the highest quality materials. Our expert construction and manufacturing means that our products are engineered to last for several years, even with frequent washing.
