Returns & Exchanges
All NūSleep™ products include a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects. In the event of manufacturer defects, we will provide a return shipping label and a full refund or exchange of your defective product(s)
For returns and/or exchanges due to a shipping or fulfillment error, such as the wrong product(s) being sent, NūSleep™ will provide a return shipping label and a full refund or exchange. For returns for any other reason, such as buyers remorse, you will need to pay for return shipping.
Any orders outside of the exchange/return policy will be reviewed and customers may be subject to shipping charges and/or credit towards another purchase.

HOW TO SHIP A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Pack and seal your box securely in the original package, if possible. To ensure your return/exchange is properly processed, please include the fully completed return form with your return package. (Instructions to print form from our website)
RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS USING A PREPAID RETURN LABEL:
For qualifying returns/exchanges, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to send back your product(s). We will send this label to you via email.
Please fill out the reason for the return or exchange and place this entire form in the box.
Take your package to any authorized FedEx location.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS WITHOUT USING A PREPAID RETURN LABEL:
You can also send merchandise back to us using any other traceable shipping method, at your expense.
Pack and seal your box securely, in the original package if possible.
Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept COD.
We recommend you insure the package with the shipping carrier of your choice.
REFUNDS TO CREDIT CARD
Once your return has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your order when the transaction was made. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received authorization from us.
