If you just completed an order, you can cancel it by logging in to your account by clicking here and then clicking "cancel order."If you need to make a change to a recently completed order, please contact Customer Service at 732-997-6050 or firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
For all orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.
A sales tax rate of 7% will be applied to all orders with a billing or shipping address in NJ.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Regular charges will apply to orders shipping elsewhere and to all orders shipping via an expedited method.
If your NuSleep order arrives with obvious shipping damage, we request that you refuse the delivery. If you find shipping damage after you have accepted the shipment, please contact our Customer Service Department at email@example.com.
EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is important to us. You can return or exchange your purchase at any time up to 30 days after purchase. No additional shipping charges will be incurred when you initiate an exchange or return that is due to a NuSleep product defect or shipping error. We offer free standard shipping only for the United States. Eligible customers can receive free standard shipping automatically by selecting the "Ground Shipping" option during checkout.
You can view shipping costs for express shipping methods to all destinations by adding merchandise to your shopping cart and beginning the checkout process.
We do not currently offer international shipping. Please contact us with your location if you are an international customer and we may be able to assist you.
TIMING OF ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED
Orders placed by 12PM Eastern (9AM Pacific), Monday through Friday, will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Containing a tracking number so that you can track your order online.
"ORDER DATE" VS. "SHIP DATE" AND EXPRESS SHIPMENTS
While we make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, often times an order will not ship on the same date as when the order is placed. Thus your "Order Date" and your "Ship Date" may not be the same. When you place an order, you will see an "Estimated Ship Date" on the order page. If you have selected an express shipping method, please be aware that the shipping speed will be in relation to the date when the order ships. For example, if you place an order on Friday evening and select 2 Day Shipping, your order may not ship until Monday and then will arrive on Wednesday. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when anticipating shipping speed.
